About Gunjung Village
Nestled in the lush hills of Dima Hasao (‘Green Lungs of Assam’), the village of Gunjung offers pristine nature, rich tribal heritage and a year round comfortable temperature.
Gunjung is a village located in Haflong subdivision of Dima Hasao district in Assam, India. It is situated 30km away from sub-district headquarter Haflong (tehsildar office) and 30km away from district headquarter Haflong.

What you'll create?
Each participant will document the trip through a personal written piece accompanied by photos and videos on what new thing they learned. Towards the end of the trip they will contribute to a group project (e.g. a short video or zine) on Assam heritage.
